This section calls for creating and maintaining a sustainable and harmonious lifestyle that corresponds to spiritual values and allows you to fully realize your potential. It teaches us to respect Nature, maintain cleanliness of body and mind, calls for abandoning harmful habits, and surrounding yourself with dedicated people to maintain inner balance and move forward on the path to the Divine. This section is devoted to commandments that reveal principles of a sustainable and harmonious lifestyle that promotes spiritual growth and realization of potential.

  1. Forget about Necrophilia – do not visit cemeteries, do not become attached to your body after the completion of Life – cremate it and receive new assignments:
    ● Reject the cult of necrophilia. Do not step on cemeteries and do not become attached to your body after the completion of life — cremate it and accept new assignments.
    ● Do not become attached to the material world and to the physical shell. Practice a conscious attitude toward death to free yourself from fear and prepare for new challenges.
  2. Create spiritual food for yourself and others:
    ● Create and spread values, ideas, and knowledge that help people grow spiritually. This can be creativity, teaching, research, writing books, and more.
    ● Create and share your wisdom with the world. Participate in spiritual practices, help others find their path.
  3. Celebrate only your holidays:
    ● Create your own traditions and celebration of events that are important to you and that help strengthen your connection with the Divine.
    ● Create your rituals, celebrate your successes and important events in life. Do not blindly follow generally accepted traditions, but create your own.
  4. Do not allow parasites and discontented people into your life:
    ● Do not allow parasites and discontented people into your lifestyle, strive for an environment where mutual understanding and support reign.
    ● Surround yourself with dedicated friends, teachers, mentors who support you in achieving your goals. Exclude contacts with people who negatively affect you.
  5. Interact with those dedicated to Sacred Guides:
    ● Create a community of people who share your interest in Sacred Guides and who support your spiritual path. The community will allow you to expand your knowledge about different types of guides, their properties, history, culture, and traditions.
    ● Participate in Sacred Ceremonies, feel the spiritual influence of the Sacred Guides, share experience and inspiration, strengthen your spiritual path.
  6. Live in unity with Nature, without causing harm to it:
    ● Live in harmony with Nature. Show respect for Nature, live in unity with it, and do not cause harm to it.
    ● Do not pollute the environment, protect nature, live in accordance with its laws.
  7. Do not pity yourself, however maintain health and strength in your body:
    ● Maintain health and strength. Exercise, eat properly, rest enough to maintain your physical strength.
    ● Develop a positive attitude, cope with stress, and find joy in life, preserving and multiplying your mental and emotional well-being.
  8. Monitor the cleanliness of mind, body, and soul:
    ● Maintain the purity of mind, body, and soul, for this is your only treasure on the path of Life.
    ● Be strong, healthy, and wise. Maintain strength, health, and wisdom on your Great Path of Life.
  9. Be strong, healthy, and wise always – you have been issued only one body for your calling and Life:
    ● Accept and value your body as it is, developing your inner beauty and strength.
    ● Do not pity yourself on the path to your calling, however, take care of the body given to you for this Life, refraining from changing its appearance through tattoos, piercings, and surgical interventions.
  10. Eat only healthy food:
    ● Eat properly. Eat only healthy food that reflects your nature.
    ● Eat in a balanced way, consume predominantly fresh and natural products.
  11. Eat food appropriate for your species:
    ● Eat in accordance with the natural needs of your body.
    ● Study your species characteristics and eat in accordance with them. Exclude from your diet products that do not suit your body.
  12. Remain in silence during meals:
    ● Mindfully consume food, focus on the process of eating, remain in silence during meals.
    ● Eat slowly, focus on the taste and texture of food, do not get distracted by phone, television, and other gadgets.
  13. Do not consume alcohol in any form:
    ● Give up alcohol. Alcohol not only poisons the body but also clouds the spirit. Giving it up helps cleanse consciousness and get closer to spiritual values.
    ● Avoid consuming alcohol in any form. Avoiding alcohol is not just a rule, but a manifestation of care for yourself and your life. Giving it up allows you to improve physical and spiritual health, make your mind clearer, and make more balanced decisions.
  14. Do not smoke tobacco, cigars, vapes, and other substances:
    ● Avoid using tobacco, cigars, vapes, and other substances. These habits have a destructive effect on health, not only physical but also mental, and also worsen quality of life.
    ● Give up smoking, it is a responsible and wise choice that will allow you to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
  15. Use rapé only at Ceremonies and with respect:
    ● Use rapé only at Ceremonies and under the guidance of an experienced shaman.
    ● Do not use rapé in everyday life and do not mix it with other substances.
